Job Description


The Membership Team is responsible for providing the strategy to define and deliver value and consistent high-quality membership experience for all chapter members. The Membership Services Team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining new and renewing chapter members. They provide support and outreach for our members through the Ambassador Program and career support through the Career Resources Program. 


The Volunteer Services Team provides is responsible recruiting and placing qualified volunteers on all teams (Volunteer Recruiting Team), conducting volunteer orientation (Volunteer Management Team), defining and executing growth and development strategies (Volunteer Development Team) as well as manage the Volunteer Recognition Program (Volunteer Recognition Team)


Virtual Orientation Facilitators help new chapter volunteers "hit the ground running" by providing monthly new volunteer orientations sessions through an online meeting tool. Looking for friendly, professional, and knowledgable volunteers to join this effort. A GREAT way to meet other members!! Join the Volunteer Management Team!

Duties include:

  • Be part of team that runs monthly 1-hour new virtual new volunteer orientation sessions first Wednesday evenings per month or for special scheduled sessions.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to new volunteers by providing them needed information to help them be successful in their new roles.
  • Follow up with team lead providing session attendance, high level notes including any specific unanswered questions needing follow up.
  • Help grow the development of new volunteer training, leadership development, and succession training programs

  • Please Note: All Volunteers must be current chapter members in “good standing” as defined by chapter by-laws.
