April 2018 - News from the President

Dear Members,

Well, Spring Training is over, but our Spring Training is continuing with offerings in April for Leadership and PMP/CAPM Training.  Then we follow that up with Dr. James Brown in May, holding two classes, discount for attending both the Conflict Management for Project Managers, and Leadership Skills for Project Managers.  And of course James will speak at the May 16 dinner meeting at the Orangetree. We received great reviews for the last classes and meeting that James gave in 2017, so we invited him back for 2018.  Please check the website for all the details.

I hope to see many of you at this event as it will be well worth the time.

January 2018 - News from the President

Dear Members,

Here comes the new year, and we are ready to roll into 2018 like gangbusters.  This is a banner year for PMI Phoenix, celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the chapter, a “HUGE” milestone for both the Chapter and for PMI.  Phoenix is one of the oldest chapters in existence, and was formed 40 years ago when some Project Managers working on a small project called the “Salt River Project” reached out to PMI and asked to form a chapter.

Dear Members,

I am just sitting at my desk working on the All Members meeting slides for our November ECM on the 15th.  As we start to bring 2017 to a close, I feel it is a good time to share how we did this year with our strategic goals.

December 2017 - News from the President

Dear Members,

Well, it is that time of the year, time for Holidays, time for friends, and for most of us, time that we put our career goals on hold so that we can focus on the needs of family. So as you bring 2017 to a close, just remember that your PMI Phoenix chapter is hard at work to bring 2018, our 40th year, in with a bang!

October 2017 - News from the President
