Speaker: Randy Black, P.Eng., PMP, Director 2018 PMI Board of Directors
“Are You Ready to be a Project Leader?” identifies the skills that CEOs and organizations are seeking in project managers. During this presentation, you will learn how these skills—problem solving, adaptability, leadership, creativity and innovation, and emotional intelligence align to the PMI Talent Triangle®. PMI research shows that as the job market becomes more competitive, achieving the skills identified by the Talent Triangle increases your value and decreases your risk of being left behind. The presenter will provide case studies and personal experiences, as well as PMI resources that can help you advance your career.
