PMI Phoenix Chapter Proudly Presents:

Same Great Speaker and Same Great Content as the Chapter Meeting at Orange Tree

Speaker: Dr. Steve Broe, DTM

Broe 2015 large file croppedTopic Description:

"As advances in technology and methods of communication continue to change the way business grows in the twenty-first century, the value of leadership rises." Dr Broe said, "We need our leaders and experts to innovate and create an impact.  The growth of enterprise depends on internal experts to use their knowledge and team leadership skill to create value for the organization."

The problem is that many potential leaders are not well prepared for the challenge of guiding others. Do you know anyone with talent, voice or knowledge who is not using their full potential?  It is time to add the impact created by knowledge-based leadership.  You may have reserves of unrecognized leadership in your organization, talent that help your organization reach its goals faster and with greater financial impact.

Emotional intelligence is one of three pillars of the knowledge-based leadership model.  Participants will learn to apply five principles of emotional intelligence to create employee loyalty and make them an effective manager using the talent around them.
