Presentation Title: Home Management
Speaker: Jan Green
Abstract: Just like any project, managing your home has several facets. Maintaining a home takes due diligence to keep things repaired to prevent future expenses. Managing a remodel takes due diligence from products and services to the future outcome of the remodel. Are the items worth adding to your existing home or is it better to sell and move? It all depends on your needs and expected outcome.
Managing energy efficient upgrades includes managing a budget and return on investment for each upgrade. The cost of energy efficient upgrades has dropped to a more manageable level so that reducing your energy bill has a good return on investment and is worth considering if you plan on staying in your home for at least another five years.
