Speaker: Jeff Robinson
This presentation provides an overview of project metrics specifically for project managers. It covers most of the standard measures of project success and performance, but it also explains their importance to maintaining control of projects and looking good at the same time. Additional metrics, that will be particularly helpful to many project managers, will be introduced and methods for developing quick efficient data collection processes will be covered. Managing metrics is a key competency that successful project managers need to master. It may surprise some to discover how just a few metrics will go a long way to supporting successes and avoiding failures.
