Job Description

Oversee team of Member Ambassadors

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure New Member Orientation is provided at monthly evening PDMs (North and South) and materials (folder with flyers and free item such as cup with logo) are available
  2. Oversee monthly communication via Mail Chimp (welcome letter to new members, reminder of membership or credential expiration, recognition of new credential)
  3. Provide monthly status/metrics
  4. Ensure process documentation is maintained
  5. Drive member engagement through ambassadorship and advocacy of the profession

Requirements

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong organizational and people skills
  3. Able to be a team player, as well as give and take direction
  4. Enthusiasm for the mission of the PMI Phoenix Chapter and the members

PDUs

  • Up to 25 PDUs in a 3-year cycle (PMP, PgMP)
  • Maximum of 20 PDUs in a 3-year cycle (PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, PMI-Agile)
